Series 3L...10L, a new range of transducers that benefit from smaller capsule dimensions and crevice free diaphragms. Keller has developed a new technique for laser welding very thin stainless steel media isolation diaphragms. The smaller crevice free transducers still retain all the performance, stability, and quality, for which Keller is renowned. Capsule diameters 9.5 to 19mm dependent on range. Series 6 is a low cost sensor for OEM use, tested for function only. Optionally, series 6T pressure sensor is supplied with calibration data. G1/4M or 1/4NPTM pressure port.

The series 7 S / 9 S has the new, smaller low mass one-piece housing. The series 9S sensor can be welded into a customer housing.

The Series 7 OEM pressure sensors are designed for medium pressure ranges to 200bar. Installation is via an O ring piston seal.

The Series 8 sensor for ranges 400…1000 bar uses a thicker glass feed through and a wire-bonded measuring cell. Typical applications include high temperature downhole oilwell pumps and mobile hydraulics.

The Series 9 pressure sensor is the most economic version for pressure ranges from 100 mbar to 200 bar.

The Series 10 pressure transducers cover all pressure ranges from 100 mbar to 1000 bar. Also available in a differential pressure design, this sensor provides highest longterm stability.

The Series 21Y pressure transducer / transmitter is designed for general industrial and OEM applications requiring medium to high measurement accuracy. Its high design flexibility affords numerous options of process and electrical connection. Pressure ranges between 0...2 and 0...1000 bar are available with output signal options of 4-20mA, 0-10V and 0.5-4.5V. The Series 21Y employs active temperature compensation to significantly reduce total error band and has extremely high EMC protection for a transmitter of this class / price point. Total error band including linearity and all thermal errors over 0...50 deg C is <=+/-1%FS max.

The Series 21G is an OEM pressure transmitter for supply in medium to high volumes. Designed so that the mechanical construction is quickly adaptable to individual customer requirements, industry standard output signals of 4-20mA and 0.5-4.5V are available. Noteable is the all 316L stainless steel pressure cavity with no internal 'O' rings and the very high EMC protection. With a mass of just 30 grams, the Series 21G represents Keller's next step in the volume OEM pressure transmitter marketplace. Series 21G is available in pressure ranges between 0...5 and 0...200 bar and has a typical total error band of +/-1% over 0 to 50 deg C.

KELLER has developed new ASIC electronics specifically for use in the dV-1 series gauges. This gauge is intended for integration into volume OEM equipment where digital pressure indication is required.

Series 11 fulfils all the functions expected of a precision mV-transducer. With many optional process port threads available, Series 11 is designed to be used in development of larger OEM projects to test the performance of the KELLER OEM sensor series 3L-10L. Differential pressure versions are also available. Maths modelling to a total error band of +/-0.2% for temperature correction to 200 deg C is now achievable.

These KELLER OEM-pressure transmitters are particularly adapted to the requirements of the industrial pressure metrology market. Integral electronic circuitry provides industry standard high level output signals.
